Description

The YMCA of Regina is an Imagine Canada accredited non-profit charity that is open to all, and dedicated to building strong kids, strong families and strong communities. As the premiere values-based builder of health, leadership and personal development in the cities of Regina and Moose Jaw, we focus our program delivery on our three pillars of service: health and fitness, community development, and childcare. Our programs impact the lives of almost 60,000 people in our community every year. Our commitment to member-focused service delivery inspires our team of approximately 350 staff and over 150 volunteers.

Focusing on the following core programs: education, employment, leadership development, community outreach and housing, the YMCA of Regina Community Development Department enriches the lives of people by strengthening connections, building capacity and creating a positive and sustainable impact on our community.

The Director of Integrated Youth Services at the Youth Hub will lead the delivery of access work as a part of the service delivery team in our Integrated Youth Services Hub; a highly collaborative partnership between agencies and organizations. The Youth Hub is intended to be a one-stop-shop to quickly connect youth with the right services, in the right place and right time, placing an emphasis on developing a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach and focusing on early interventions.

The Director will ensure the programs are successfully meeting their mandates while overseeing staff, operations, partnerships and future program growth. They will promote the development of a shared vision as well as strong partnerships and collaboration across government, health authorities, community-based service providers and philanthropy.
