Description

We are looking for a Journeyman mechanic(Millwright) who would be responsible for the repair of various kinds of electromechanical equipment.

Applicant will be required to:
- disassemble electromechanical equipment to troubleshoot known or suspected problems;
- clean electromechanical equipment assemblies as needed;
- measure and note replacement parts;
- replace/repair worn or defective assemblies including bearings, motor leads, gears, seals, impellers, switches, etc.;
- test and retest for proper output and operation;
- complete required paperwork for each job accurately and on a timely basis;
- operate specialized repair and testing equipment as needed;
- observe all safety procedures and use proper PPE;
- lift, tighten, adjust and/or secure heavy objects;
- maintain a clean work area;
- perform or assist other shop personnel in skilled or non-skilled duties.
