Job duties:
-Source and oversee the inventory of grocery products, ensuring availability and maintaining optimal stock levels.

-Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and discounts for bulk purchases of grocery items.

-Monitor market trends and consumer preferences in the grocery industry to make informed purchasing decisions.

-Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and inventory levels using inventory management software tailored for grocery products.

-Collaborate with store management to forecast demand and strategize purchasing plans accordingly, taking into account seasonal variations and promotional events.

-Ensure compliance with regulations governing the sale and distribution of food and grocery items, including health and safety standards.
