Responsible for assisting in the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of all social/vocational programs for adults living with long term mental illness.
Human resource management, financial management, campground management. Manage program referrals and orientation. Supervising & participating in program activities; providing transportation to and from. Vehicle & equipment management, ensuring a safe environment for all. Ordering supplies, managing inventory. Customer management with vocational services. Assist in obtaining grants, sponsorships, and donations. Reporting & record management. Participate in CMHA & community events, fundraisers & education opportunities. Performing other duties as assigned. Maintain healthy relationships with staff, clients, partners, supporters, and providers; be an advocate of mental health in the community. Maintain a current knowledge of mental health conditions, interventions, and resources.
First Aid/CPR & Safe Food Handling Certification (preferred). Require a Class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract & Criminal record search with a vulnerable sector check provided upon offer of employment. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
Permanent resident of Canada, resides in The Battlefords.

Hours: Monday - Friday, On Call Rotation, some weekends
