Duties:
1. Schedule and supervise the activities of up to five applicators'.
2. Ensure program execution are completed on time and as planned.
3. Resolve work issues and prescribe measures to further develop efficiency and item quality.
4. Demand materials and supplies.
5. Communicate with customers to provide quality assurance and progress reports.
6. Develop safety program development and procedures.
7. Train laborers in work obligations, security methods and company strategies.
8. Recommend personnel actions such as hiring's and promotions.
9. Tender/bid drafting and opportunity investigation.
10.Provide program advocacy and community consultations.
11.Perform basic equipment repair and design.
12.May carry out the same tasks as supervised staffs.
13.May travel between various locations in Saskatchewan.
