Genco Asphalt Inc. is a privately owned, operated and family based Road Construction Company. Genco is seeking Full-time General labourers/ Road Construction Labourers to join our team. Our approach to work is centered on quality and safety. All employees must follow Genco's policies, practices, and procedures. We offer a competitive compensation package. Must be willing to submit a drivers abstract upon hiring.

Key Duties Include:

-Actively participating, promoting, and engaging in the Company's Safety Policies.
-Communicating information clearly and effectively. Working as part of a team.
-Listening and carrying out instructions diligently, and speaking up when instructions are unclear.
-Willingness to travel between jobsite's, and work over-time when needed.
-Willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
-PME Experience is an asset.
