Inclusion Weyburn is looking for mature, motivated, energetic self-starters with strong communication skills and who have interest in working with teens who have intellectual disabilities. This job will be available July through August, 2024 and will run weekdays for 3 and 1/2 hours each afternoon.
Job duties include: providing one-to-one care for teens who have intellectual disabilities, ensuring safety and confidentiality of all campers and staff, helping all campers develop intellectually, socially, physically and emotionally, acting as a positive role model at all times, working well with the camp leader and within the staff team, communicating effectively with parents/families of camp participants, reporting and working closely with Inclusion Weyburn board members.
