Key Respnsibilties
* Adhere to cleaning budgets and ensure all activities are within the set limits.
* Use in-house cleaning solutions and minimize the need for external services.
* Enhance tenant experience aiming for a stellar average review score of 4.5 out of 5 stars.
* Always prioritize hygiene and safety, meeting the highest cleanliness standards.
* Address urgent cleaning needs promptly to maintain tenant satisfaction.

Need-to-Haves:
* Proven experience in professional cleaning services.
* A reliable vehicle that can be used for work.
* A high school diploma or its equivalent.
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
* A Smart Phone for communication and scheduling.

Compensation Details:
* An hourly rate of $22.
* 30-40 hours per week.
* Mileage reimbursement for travel between properties.
* Monthly cell phone allowance of $50.
* 3 weeks of paid vacation.
