-Ensure program execution are completed on time and as planned
- Resolve work issues and prescribe measures to further develop
  efficiency and item quality
- Demand materials and supplies
- Communicate with customers to provide Quality Assurance and progress reports
- Develop safety program development and procedures
- Train labourers in work obligations, security methods and company strategies
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
- Tender/Bid drafting and opportunity investigation
- Provide program advocacy and community consultations
