Description

Inclusion Saskatchewan is welcoming applications on behalf of a family for a part-time mentor. The mentor will be involved with providing recreation and life skills support to an individual with intellectual disability. Mentor will be responsible to the client and his family. The hours are flexible and are up to a maximum of 27 hours per month. These can be arranged with the client and family.

Duties include providing guidance, support, teaching life skills and taking him out in the community for recreation.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Need to fill out reports and submit paper work.

Applicants must have their own vehicle and a valid class 5 driver's license.

Need to be flexible with duties as they arise.

Legal to work in Saskatchewan.

Criminal check required.
