Land and Sky Grains is a progressive grain farm committed to empowering sustainable agriculture and is seeking a permanent Farm Equipment Operator.

Essential Functions:
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment in tillage, seeding, spraying, harvesting and hauling grain
Work with the team to maintain equipment and shop; including daily preventative maintenance and winter repair and service
Use technology hardware/software for efficient task completion and accurate data collection;

Essential Qualifications:
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
High School Diploma or GED
Class 5 Drivers license
Minimum 3 years experience in crop farming

Assets:
Post-Secondary education;
Class 1A license;
Heavy equipment maintenance experience;

Compensation Package:
Wages start at $26.50/hr for candidates with all essential qualifications and increase based upon experience. There will be periodic wage reviews and the ability to move within the scale.  Career advancement opportunities will be available for high performing employees.
