Position Overview: We are seeking a professional and friendly individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration is an asset.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Knowledge of First Nations culture and language is an asset

Other Position Requirements:
Employment is conditional upon a positive outcome from a criminal background check
Must possess a valid class 5 drivers license and have the ability to travel
Duties may take place outside of normal office hours i.e.; Evenings & Weekends
