Description

East West Builders is a family-owned construction company located in Regina, We specialize in residential construction, renovation, remodeling, and concrete work.

We are looking for a number of individuals, who is organized, detailed, and meet deadlines promptly.

Following are main duties;


-Perform accounts payable and receivable functions such as processing payments, invoicing, deposits, etc.
-Prepare and maintain payroll and related government remittances/filings.
-Maintain, monitor, and reconcile GL accounts including cash, bank reconciliations, prepaid expenses, accounts receivable, accounts payable, accrued liabilities, and intercompany.
-Examine payments received and deposits made by clients, insurance companies, and refunds from the suppliers.
-Issue timely payments and receive PST and WCB clearance on contractors' payments.
-Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts and following bookkeeping policies and procedures.
-Fill and submit T4s, T5018, T5s, and workers compensation return yearly.
-Work collaboratively, develop and maintain relationships with external accountants (CPA) and team members.
-Prepare financials and other management reports and perform other accounting duties as assigned.
