Description

SGI is seeking a Data Architect who will lead the overall research, define strategy and approach, and execute on designing conceptual and logical representation of the SGI's data architecture. In this role you will be instrumental in supporting growth in our reporting and analytics capabilities and providing valuable insights that will help inform our business strategy and decision-making processes.

Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Mathematics and Applied Science or defined equivalency and ten years of IT experience comprising at least four years in a Data Architect role or equivalent. Experience as a Data Architect in the Property and Casualty insurance industry would be considered an asset.
