We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent Executive Assistant to the Board of Directors to join our growing team!
Reporting to the CEO, this position is responsible for providing high quality and timely, confidential administrative and executive support to the SMA Board of Directors and CEO. This position also acts as the chief conference planner for the bi-annual Representative Assembly (membership conference) providing oversight and support on all aspects of the conferences from initial planning to execution and evaluation.
This position is based on-site at our office in Saskatoon, SK, with a voluntary hybrid work option subject to approval under our Hybrid Work Arrangement policy.
