Description

Wanuskewin is looking for a casual banquet server in our Culinary department.  Reporting to the Banquet Captain, this position will encompass all aspects of food and beverage service at Wanuskewin Heritage Park.  

Duties:
- Washing pots, pans and dishes
- Room set up and tear down for banquet events
- Servicing rooms during banquets and meetings including delivering menu items to rooms, clearing tables and banquet tables
- Set up and trouble shoot A/V requirements
- Kitchen and banquet area cleaning
- Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- First aid/CPR an asset
- Understanding of customer service
- Pleasant attitude working with the public
- Reliable transportation to and from shifts
- Ability to work in a group or on your own
- Able to procure a satisfactory criminal record check
- Attention to detail
