General Sandblasting & Painting is currently seeking a motivated, self-starting Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team.  This position is the first point of customer contact, both in person and over the phone.

Must be proficient using Word, Excel and e-mail.

The successful candidate will display:
-Exceptional customer service.
-Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
-Self-motivated with efficient problem-solving skills.
-The ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
-The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The position is responsible for:
-Handling incoming calls, directing calls and taking messages.
-Creating letters and memos.
-Handling, distributing, and filing mail and other documents.
-Daily job tracking/costing.
-Directing couriers for delivery and pick ups.
-Assigning Job #'s to all incoming jobs.
-Use of a hand-held radio for yard communication.
-Other duties as assigned.
