Inquiries, Monitoring and Investigations Assistant Trust Officer
The Public Guardian and Trustee is seeking a confident, ethical, and well-organized individual for an Assistant Trust Officer position in the Inquiries, Monitoring and Investigations unit. This unit is responsible for investigating financial abuse and monitoring the financial interests of vulnerable adults in the province.
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining client files, preparing a diverse variety of correspondence and legal documents, locating assets of clients and relevant financial data such as real property and bank accounts, as well as assisting with yearly seminars for the public.
Our candidate of choice will have knowledge of office and filing procedures, the knowledge and ability to prepare and compose correspondence using clear and concise language, and the ability and knowledge to prepare legal documents.
You must be able to reference, interpret and apply regulations and policies as required.
