Were looking for a hardworking member service ambassador who loves lending a helping hand to come on board as our temporary Document Management Representatives for up to a 12 month term. In this role you will be providing our internal partners with content services and advice. This will include imaging and classifying documents while working within legislation, policies, and procedure for retaining and destroying records.

Your time:
Imaging & classifying documents in OnBase
Generating, printing and preparing letters
Sorting and distributing interoffice mail
Directing visitor traffic while monitoring deliveries and shipments at Reception

Your experience:
1 year customer service experience and/or 1 year administrative support experience
Content services experience
Proven ability to identify efficiencies
Effective business writing skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
