Echo Valley Motor Products Ltd is now accepting applications for a part time Service Appointment Coordinator. This position may grow to full time hours. We are looking for a person who excels at customer service, has great telephone skills and will thrive in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
Receive service calls and book appointments
Review any open safety recalls adding to upcoming appointment
Contact service customers for appointment reminders
Contact special order customers to book appointments
Perform follow up phone calls for unsold repairs
Confirm booked service appointments
Book first service appointment with sales and follow up
Prepare work orders for following days appointments
Customer Service Index follow ups
Review customer records and recommend maintenance repairs
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products, services and needs of the dealership
Work cooperatively with all internal teams
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to instantly build rapport with customers
Superior customer service skills with genuine concern and dedication to helping people
Pay close attention to detail
Be extremely organized
Be self-motivated
Punctual nature and the ability to handle schedule flexibility
Proficient computer skills with the ability to manage multiple systems
Excellent telephone skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Valid Class 5 drivers license with clean abstract
