CWS Logistics is an established transportation, warehousing and production company that conducts business across Western Canada.

We currently have an opening for a full-time building maintenance worker within our Regina location.

This position is responsible for keeping buildings and production line equipment in top shape by performing preventative maintenance as well as attending to urgent equipment issues. Strong communication skills and the ability to work individually as well as in a team environment is required.

Education, Experience & Qualifications:
Journeyman certificate in a building related trade (carpentry, electrical, plumbing and heating)
Mechanical maintenance experience in a commercial setting considered an asset

Job Requirements:

Performs work in accordance with established processes and practices.
Provides observations about general building systems conditions and deficiencies and provides suggestions for enhancement and/or repair.
Complies with all internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection.
Performs regular facility, mechanical and other equipment and systems monitoring inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure facility objectives are met.
Responds to routine and urgent service requests and performs preventative maintenance on facility mechanical/electrical equipment and other systems.
Ensures work completed meets quality, timeline and all other requirements.
Maintains all assigned tools.
Possesses a strong environmental, health, and safety mindset.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
