Duties:
- Work closely with the directors to develop, create, and implement marketing projects and campaigns across a variety of different media to ensure that all marketing material is consistent with the company goals, objectives, and branding
- Booking and logistics of all public relations, appearances, and media advertising.
- Content creation for print, online advertising, signage, web, social media, and other media as needed.
- Follow brand guidelines carefully to maintain a consistent 'voice.'
- Manage the company's social media profiles and presence
- Present insights and statistics in reports to the Business Manager and CEO
- Program/brochure creation for multiple shows throughout the season
- Explore and spearhead partnerships within the community to grow presence and relationships
- Be present at all significant events for social media presence
- Monitor and respond to customers/patrons through messenger or email or forward to the correct department
- Schedule content posting and paid ads
Qualifications:
- Experience in Marketing, Project Management, PR, or Social Media management, ideally within the Performing Arts
- Knowledge in online marketing, writing and editing website content/ad copy, an asset
- Experience in using online marketing/email management software
- Competency in a variety of software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
- Excellent project & time management skills
- Works well independently as well as part of a team; takes initiative and is comfortable with pushing conventional thinking
