We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, ensuring their safety, well-being, and overall quality of life. Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication administration and ensure adherence to prescribed medication schedules
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Support individuals in maintaining a clean and organized living environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Assist with transportation to appointments or community activities
- Document and report any changes in individual's condition or behavior

Requirements:
- Previous experience in senior care, patient care, hospice care, or care giving is beneficial but not required as training is provided
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
