Multiple Positions

Location: These positions may be located at any of the Saskatchewan branch locations (subject to desk availability in the branch) and may be available for remote or hybrid work opportunities once training requirements have been met.

This job has been provisionally rated. As a result, the pay range is subject to change upon final job evaluation review by the Job Evaluation Committee.

SGI is looking for Dispute Resolution Specialists to review, investigate, monitor, and provide timely resolutions to mediations and appeals on injury claim files. In this role you will provide guidance, problem solving, insight, and expertise to promote the resolution of mediations and appeals and you will educate, direct, and advise Personal Injury Representatives and Legal staff to create an understanding of processes and steps required by the various internal partners working to a claims resolution.

We want to hear from you if you:
- Have strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Can leverage your knowledge of insurance and healthcare systems to support a persons vocational and medical rehabilitation.
- Are able to provide specialized support in the field of interpretation and application of current and historic versions of legislation, policies, and procedures in the adjustment of Injury Benefit claims.
- Can apply technical information based on legislation and polices to assist with difficult conversations.
Typically, these skills are gained through a two-year diploma in a relevant field of study, such as Business, Social Sciences or Heath Sciences, and 5 - 7 years experience in claims adjusting with internal/external business partners and at least 3 years of injury claims experience.
