The Sport Medicine and Science Council of Saskatchewan provides sport medicine and sport science programs and services throughout Saskatchewan to athletes, coaches and officials who are members of Sask Sport Inc system through their respective sport organizations.
Located out of our Saskatoon office and working Monday Friday. The position will report to the Executive Director and be responsible for providing day-to-day administration and support to the rest of the staff on various sport medicine & science initiatives. Duties include communications (newsletters, website, social media), data entry, providing monthly service statistics, payment processing and responsible for organizing medical supplies and equipment for our event coverage and sport safety programs and services.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Preferred a Bachelors Degree, Diploma, Certificate or a combination of education and work experience.
Well-developed relationship building and inter-personal skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills (including
presentation and report writing) and the ability to communicate to
diverse stakeholders through a variety of mediums
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Proven ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to function at a high level with multiple competing
priorities and deadlines
* High level of familiarity and effectiveness with online platforms,
technology and computer applications including the full suite of
Microsoft Office programs
Must be willing to travel, have a valid drivers license, and
be able to work flexible hours(eg. evenings and weekends)

Knowledge of the SMSCS and the Sask Sport Inc sport system would be
