Receptionist/Administrative person required for New Home Construction office. Knowledge of new home construction and very knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, word and attention to detail. Experience in Real Estate/Conveyancing.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize duties, confidentiality is a must. Be able to answer multiple phone lines and deal with the public on a daily basis. Filing/assisting with payable/general office duties as required. Office hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
