Description

The Department has teaching needs in the areas of introductory psychology (particularly with focus on biological and cognitive bases of psychology) and cognitive psychology (undergraduate courses in cognitive psychology and human memory). There may be the possibility to substitute one or two cognitive courses for the following courses: Death and Dying and/or Psychology and Law. The teaching load will be five 3 cu courses over the fall and winter terms. The appointment will be made at the rank of Lecturer or Instructor depending on the successful candidates qualifications. Candidates must have a completed Masters or Doctoral Degree in Psychology. Applications are being accepted from qualified individuals for a Limited Term position at the Lecturer rank or Instructor rank, in the Department of Psychology, effective July 1, 2024 (the anticipated start date) to June 30, 2025. This is a one-year appointment.
