Regina Surgical Centre, a division of Clearpoint Health Network is recruiting for an experienced Office Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support our administrative team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to policies.
Maintain accurate patient records while fostering a positive work environment.
Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to optimize clinic activities and patient flow.
Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management processes.
Coordinate scheduling and clinic usage by surgeons to maximize efficiency.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee billing processes.
Contribute to strategic planning and liaise with stakeholders and upper management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in clinical operations and leading teams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database systems.
Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry practices.
Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively.
Full COVID-19 immunization required.
