If you are passionate about the outdoors and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is the place for you!  We are seeking a self-motivated person to work FULL TIME hours (including weekdays, Thursday evenings & weekends) at our SASKATOON location.

Skills: Must consistently provide a high standard of customer service while focused on objectives and excel in individual sales. Must be able to talk with customers about a variety of outdoor activities. Accuracy and attention to detail is required in communication, register transactions and when completing inventory tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Top priority is providing customers with exceptional customer service and using selling skills to meet sales goals.
-Successfully start customer interactions and complete transactions
-Merchandising, stocking, developing product knowledge, helping customers find exactly what they need.
-Cashiering, answering multi-line phones
-Complete all non-selling tasks as required with attention to detail. (eg. Receiving, unpacking, hanging, folding, labeling, organizing back-stock, accurately counting inventory, etc.)
-Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times

Qualifications: -Retail experience (3+ years) in a fast-paced store environment
-Strong work ethic with a positive, energetic approach and attention to detail
-Excellent customer service and selling skills
-Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
-Motivated and creative team player
-Be able to work flexible hours (including Thursday evenings & weekends)
-Outdoor experience and knowledge of The North Face a plus
