Water Security Agency is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Infrastructure division as a Engineer, Dam Operations & Maintenance located in Moose Jaw, SK

Reporting to the Manager, Major Maintenance, an employee in this job will provide professional engineering services to a broad range of activities primarily related to the operations and maintenance, rehabilitation, and dam safety activities for the 73 dams owned and operated by WSA.

Duties and responsibilities will primarily focus on preparing work plans, reports budget and expense forecasts, and activity tracking; Conduct inspections, evaluations and assessments; Prepare professional services agreements and contract documents; Prepare project specific operation, maintenance and surveillance manuals and assist in the preparation of emergency response plans.

The successful candidate must possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or a similar discipline and registration with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geosciences of Saskatchewan (APEGS). Applicants will be assessed based on relevant experience.
