The Moose Jaw Housing Authority is looking for a seasonal Administrative Services Assistant.  This position starts 01 May 2024 and continues to 30 August 2024.  Hours of work are 8:20 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

If you are a high school or post-secondary student returning to school in the fall, looking to gain experience in a office setting and work with seniors and families, this position will provide you with a wide range of opportunities to enhance yours skills.

Duties will include: file management, office systems, administrative project work, working with seniors and families in an administrative and tenant support role.

We are looking for someone who is upbeat, task-oriented, detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent Microsoft Office computer skills. If you want to work hard and have some fun this summer, enjoy working with seniors and families, then this may be the summer job for you!

The successful candidate will be required to submit a clean, criminal record check.
