Compensation Package

Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate, schedule & manage manpower for Crane Department
Prepare quotes for inspections, follow up work & repairs estimates for crane department
Recognize potential service opportunities & forward appropriately with detail
Source necessary materials & equipment for service work & parts requirements
Perform electrical & mechanical inspections on most makes of cranes/hoists
Troubleshooting to determine faults & malfunctions
Repair/replace various parts/components
Testing of electric circuits/motors/components
Wiring of electrical circuits & devices
Perform required maintenance/adjustments
Conduct work in a manner prescribed by JA Techs Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Manual
Skills & Qualifications
8000 hours of overhead crane experience
Previous managerial & estimating experience
Applicable Red Seal Qualification (i.e., Millwright, Electrician)
Strong interpersonal, communication & problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office)
Valid Driver's Licence
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
