Description

We provide services to individuals with exceptionalities live their lives to the fullest potential.  As the Executive Director you will provide overall leadership in ensuring the organization has the supports available to make our clients goals a reality.  If you have a relevant post-secondary education and related experience, with 3-5 years of experience in a management role; or a combination of training and experience. With a desire to support our goals, this position is for you:
Executive Director duties include, but are not limited to:
    With the Chair, enables the Board to fulfill its governance function.
    Gives direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organizations philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives.
    Supports and manages the operations and administration in all aspects of agency operations.
    Recommends yearly budget for Board approval and prudently manages organization's resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations.
    Leads, coaches and mentors employees to succeed.
    Ensures the delivery of appropriate and effective programming and services.
    Builds and maintains an effective network of government contacts, understanding operations and protocols.
    Develops professional and community relationships in support of agency participants.
