Description

We are currently recruiting for a full time, permanent Sales (Order) Coordinator based out of either our Regina or Saskatoon Automation Centre. In this role, you are responsible for processing and managing customer sales orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating shipments, status reporting, and ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to establish a career in a fast-paced, employee owned, customer-centric, technical sales organization.  This role will report to the Manager, Operations & Application Specialists.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Process and acknowledge customer purchase orders
Perform purchasing functions, including order entry into various business systems
Managing deliverables from order through to shipment
Proactively communicating with customers on order status changes
Expedite customer orders internally and externally with principals as required
Collaborate with Application Specialists, Account Managers, Service technicians, shop personnel and other internal partners to exceed customer expectations
Work with production planners and technicians to coordinate product assembly and testing
Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date records
Reviewing Terms and Conditions and commercial requirements
Continually assess and prioritize workload based on customer requirements
Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal partners

Qualifications and Skills:
Post-secondary education, previous experience, or course work related to purchasing, business, finance, logistics, or inside sales preferred
SAP experience is an asset
Strong Microsoft Office computer application skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Extensive and exceptional customer service experience and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good decision-making and multi-tasking skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
High degree of initiative, discretion
