Were looking for an HR Consultant- Compensation and Job Evaluation who is strategic & collaborative.

- Possess the Knowledge of quantitative methods related to compensation and job evaluation.
- Know how to match jobs and aware of market pricing methodology.
- Want to leverage your technical and leadership skills for good  like actively supporting SGIs culture, expanding your own learning and supporting your colleagues as they do the same.

The skills for this position are gained through the completion of a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Business along with Compensation Professional (CCP) designation and five years of related experience in compensation and/or job evaluation.
