Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Brokerage and Logistic Assistant for our recycling company. The chosen candidate will play a key role in supporting brokerage and logistics activities, including data entry and reporting to the Brokerage and Logistic Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistical activities related to the transportation and delivery of recycling materials
- Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain comprehensive records of all shipping and logistical operations
- Assist in communicating with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure efficient logistics management
- Generate regular reports on logistics activities and performance for review by the Brokerage and Logistic Manager
- Support the brokerage team with administrative tasks and documentation management

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining detailed records
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in logistics, brokerage, or a related field is advantageous
- Familiarity with relevant software for data entry and reporting

Salary: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour (depending on experience)
