Description

As the Programming Director, your primary concern will be meeting the needs of the children in our centre.  You will guide and mentor staff to ensure they are providing quality education opportunities to the children.  You will support families with resources, and help them address child rearing concerns in a loving and thoughtful manner.  Staff will come to you with concerns and you will provide staff with semi-annual performance evaluations.  You will address staffing needs and conduct interviews.
