The Home Inn & Suites Swift Current is accepting applications for a Full-Time Hotel Front Desk Agent. We are looking for someone with open availability who can work weekends and weekdays. 8 hour shifts will vary between 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm. Candidates must also have excellent English skills. The ideal candidate will have worked in the hotel industry and will understand the requirements of this role. The Front Desk Agent must be upbeat, friendly and customer service oriented as they are the first point of contact for guests. They are responsible for registering guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, taking, cancelling and changing room reservations, processing guests' departures which includes calculating charges and receiving payments, balancing cash and completing related forms.
