Description

- Main onsite contact for tenants and staff in buildings you are responsible for by email or phone.
- All past, current, and future maintenance of everything in buildings and property that you are assigned.
- Organize, schedule operating trades, booking vendors and confirming completion of work.
- Maintain a list of all vendors for contract and recurring maintenance.
- Communicate, schedule, and show prospecting tenants units.  
- Determine whether prospecting tenants should be approved or not and send feedback forms for processing.
- Managing, approving, scheduling the onsite costs of projects and maintenance by documentation and property software.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all buildings and property areas you are assigned.
- Buildings and associated properties are looking and running in top condition without sacrificing company profitability.
