The Provincial Manager of Events is responsible for overseeing and implementing events for the integrated network of five construction associations in Saskatchewan. This role collaborates closely with the Engagement team to execute strategic priorities related to planned networking events and other membership initiatives.

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

Event Planning
Lead, manage, and oversee events for all five provincial associations, including: Annual networking & themed events. Golf tournaments & Curling bonspiels, Conferences & Tradeshow, Other membership networking events.
Prepare accurate budgets for each event and collaborate with the Director of Operations and Bookkeeper on financial details.
Travel within the province to facilitate in-person attendance for events whenever necessary.
Coordinate with local Association staff and volunteer committees to plan and execute local events.
Develop content for marketing communications related to upcoming events
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, major social media platforms, and maintaining website content and/or databases.
Experience with promotional software considered an asset (I.e. Constant Contact, Eventbrite).
Graphic design experience considered an asset (I.e. Adobe Illustrator, Canva).
Leadership skills that motivate and empower staff and foster growth.


Qualifications, Education, and Experience Requirements
Bachelors degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or tourism, or equivalent experience.
Formal Event Management certification is desirable.
3-5 years of experience in developing, planning, and executing strategic events for a business or organization preferred.

Position can be located in Regina, Saskatoon or Prince Albert.
