Phoenix Residential Society is a non-profit community based organization providing recovery- oriented psychosocial rehabilitation services to individuals with psychiatric disorders; concurrent disorder (psychiatric & substance abuse); acquired brain injury (ABI) and other cognitive disabilities; and individuals who are chronically homeless.
Phoenix Residential Society has an opening for a full time permanent position as the Lovering Place Program Manager. The Program Manager works under the direction of the Director of Operations and is responsible for the supervision of staff, the day-to-day operations and coordination of services dedicated to the recovery of individuals with the lived experience of mental health, addictions and other complex needs. The manager will take a leadership role in the
ongoing planning and evaluation of programs and services to improve the quality of life of the Lovering Place residents in conjunction with the Management team and other colleagues in the community.
