Description

Reporting to the Construction Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
Provide outstanding guest service in the yard and on the radio; load and unload merchandise and maintain cleanliness and order of merchandise in the yard
Fill orders, receive freight, deliver, and unload product, perform inventory counts
Build positive relationships with the yard, desk, and leadership teams
Perform customer carry out service and product assembly as assigned
Complete required paperwork base on department standards
Follow company policies and procedures
Practice and maintain safe procedures for the handling and stocking of merchandise
Ensure a culture of safety by maintaining vehicles and equipment in your care  
All other duties as assigned

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Home & Building Products and Customer Service:
You have a grade 12 or equivalent experience; customer service experience is an asset
Youre well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated, and strive to be the best in what you do
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
You have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
Must have a valid Class 5 drivers license, must be willing to obtain forklift certification
You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, and holidays
