Job Duties includes but not limited to;
Conduct market research and identify trends
Develop and manage all content and social media marketing programs including blogs and newsletters etc.
Find leads from the social media platforms
Generate new business from company's pre-defined set of criteria which includes making calls to cold and hot leads, booking appointments, sending e-mail proposals
Manage leads & prospects, follow up on proposals on regular basis, conduct cold calls.
Coordinate content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management
Influence customers to set up free appointments / consultation visits for their cleaning and maintenance needs.
Enter information in Microsoft suites documents and CRM software involved in the Sales Process.
Prepare sales related documents including proposals etc.
Overall - meet sales targets by generating and closing new business opportunities.

Qualification, Education & Experience:
Educational background in business, administration and/or Sales & Marketing
1-3 years of proven Sales & Marketing Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
