Express Employment is currently looking for a Front Office Coordinator/Reception with a top client of ours. The ideal candidate is an extremely detail-oriented and personable multitasker who has experience in a fast-paced office setting.

Job Duties Include:
Manage and maintain boardrooms and reception area; organize and restock supplies.
Sort, stamp, and distribute all incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail and courier packages.
Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinate travel arrangements for advisors.
Assist advisors with appointment preparation.
Administer office boardroom calendars.
Answer and forward all incoming calls to the proper contact.
Always maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Skills & Experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Property management or Wealth management industry would be an asset.
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of professional work experience.
Excellent computer and typing skills.
