On behalf of our client, EXPRESS EMPLOYMENT PROFESSIONALS is seeking to fill the full-time position of Fund Development Manager.
JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Fund Development Manager is a member of our client's Administration Support Unit and is a key member of the leadership team.  The Fund Development Manager, out of scope, is responsible for establishing and implementing our client's fund development strategies supporting its key strategic priorities and growing demands of its operations.
The manager's primary focus will be donor relations, fundraising coordination including prospecting, establishing and administration of donor management system, coordination of Giving Campaigns including Annual Giving, Major Giving and Planned Giving.  The manager will lead marketing, communications and digital media team and work closely with the board and leadership team.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILIES:
    The establishment and execution of a fund development plan to meet strategic priorities and programming needs
    This will include but is not limited to the coordination and development of grant proposals, major gifts management and support for annual planned giving activities
    The Fund Development Manager will lead the marketing and communications team, and prospecting activities involving fundraising, engaging with donors, relationship building/stewardship vehicles, grant proposals, sponsorships and social media campaigns and all that is focused on shaping a sustainable tradition of donor engagement and support
    Collaborates with the CEO and senior leadership team to create and implement a fund development plan to support the strategic priorities of the organization
    Develops and executes strategies to actively identify, cultivate, solicit and steward corporate, foundation and individual prospects in support of campaigns and annual fundraising goals
