As a Landscape Construction Worker at Innovative Landscape Construction, you will play a vital role in bringing our clients' visions to life. Working closely with our team of skilled professionals, you will be responsible for executing various aspects of landscape construction projects with precision and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Assist in the installation of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens using materials such as brick, stone, concrete, and wood.
2. Participate in the construction of softscape features including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and laying sod or installing turf.
3. Collaborate with team members to install irrigation systems, ensuring proper functionality and water efficiency.
4. Assist in the assembly and installation of outdoor structures such as pergolas, gazebos, and fences.
5. Operate and maintain various tools and equipment safely, including but not limited to power tools, compactors, and excavation machinery.
6. Follow established safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
7. Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients to ensure projects are completed according to specifications and timelines.
