PARTS/SHIPPER/RECEIVER

LOCATION: REGINA, SK

Responsibilities:
    Serve the mechanics (order their parts and pick parts from the stock room)
    Receiving, unpacking and sorting incoming parts, supplies and materials
    Identifying, labeling and cataloging items received, storing items in supply area
    Processing incoming requisitions and purchase orders
    Issuing and distributing parts and supplies for internal use
    Preparing requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies, calling vendors for best pricing
    Entering and balancing Work Orders and stock Receipts
    Maintaining records on inventory control system
    Assist with Inventory counts
    Meet deadlines
    Data Entry
    Filing

Qualifications:
    Knowledge of truck parts
    Good customer service and communication skills, reliable and have a high attention to detail
    This position works directly with the mechanics, and suppliers
    Multitasking
    Computer skills are required
    Team Player
