As Horizon Fertilizers' Controller, you'll serve as both the Senior Financial Manager and Strategic Planner. Your role encompasses diverse financial responsibilities, from preparing reports and managing budgets to overseeing accounting functions. Active participation in the Management Team is crucial, where your positive contributions will aid in overall company success. Beyond financial duties, you'll contribute to strategic planning, aligning with industry trends and aiding in budget development.

Your daily tasks include cultivating relationships with external partners, overseeing cash flow, and collaborating with auditors. As a vital link between vision and operations, you'll assist the President with legal and financial matters, oversee administrative functions, and address discrepancies through internal audits.

In addition to outlined roles, your vigilance in establishing financial policies and fostering a supportive culture is crucial. Attendance at Management Team meetings, report preparation, and facilitation are expected. Qualifications include Controller experience, knowledge of accounting principles, and hands-on financial involvement.
