Goldi Transport Limited is looking for full-time Permanent Truck Dispatcher. We offer Competitive wages. We will provide paid training.
If you are a Strong, Enthusiastic Trucking Dispatcher here is what we are looking for:

Able to book trucks independently & plan routes, thorough understanding of dispatching software Fleet Manager.

Knowledge of the market rates and able to negotiate with carriers and customers.
Dealing with customers/drivers directly on a daily basis through e-mail and via phone!

The starting wage rate for this position is $28.75/hr paid bi-weekly. You will be entitled to 3 weeks of paid vacation.

Below are the Job duties for this position:
Scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries or collect shipments and
packages.
Communicating with customers about freight details, delivery or pickup
times, and special handling requests.
-Communicating and transmitting the load and route information to the Truck Drivers
Planning pre-determined routes and accommodating route changes as
needed.
Preparing dispatch documents, as well as generating freight bills and
invoices.
Maintaining records of dispatched calls, driver routes, route changes, as
well as delivery and pickup times.
Keeping track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure that truck
drivers comply.
Reviewing drivers logs, including dispatched calls and arrival times.
Monitoring truck repairs and maintenance schedules.
Logging customer shipping schedules and complaints
