Maintenance/Caretaker Assistant:
18 WEEK STUDENT PROGRAM
assist maintenance in vacant units
Grass cutting
Yard clean-up
Painting/Staining
Other duties as assigned
Self motivated, organized, good time management,
Honest and dependable
Valid drivers license & clear Criminal Record Check.  
Must meet GDI qualifications; of Metis Ancestry and returning to full-time school in the fall, physically fit, ability to work with minimum supervision, get along well with fellow employees, maintain confidentiality, take direction well.
